For years, the Better Business Bureau would just rate companies as satisfactory or unsatisfactory based on their performance. Thankfully, due to the great work that agents like Linda Maia Hadi does, we have not received any complaints through the Bureau. In 2009, the BBB has decided to change their grading system from A+ to F. Companies with a grade of C or below will no longer be members of the Bureau.
